وعن أبى هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذى يملك نفسه عند الغضب” ((متفق عليه))
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but the strong man is in fact the one who controls himself in a fit of rage."
